Please read these terms carefully before using BiddingForAutos services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BiddingForAutos (“BFA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, services, and any associated content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BiddingForAutos. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Description of Services

BiddingForAutos provides used-car deal review services. Our expert team evaluates vehicle listings submitted by users and delivers professional assessments. We offer three service tiers:

BFA Quick Check ($49) — a written vehicle review including pricing opinion, reliability concerns, ownership risk overview, and a final recommendation
BFA Video Deal Check ($99) — everything in the Quick Check plus a personalized Loom video walkthrough with a more detailed vehicle and deal breakdown
BFA Premium Deal Review ($149) — everything in Video Deal Check plus financing/payment review, negotiation advice, and multi-vehicle comparison

IMPORTANT

BFA provides opinions and recommendations based on publicly available data and our team’s expertise. Our reviews are not a substitute for a professional pre-purchase inspection, mechanical assessment, or financial advice. All purchase decisions are made at your own risk.

User Eligibility

To use BiddingForAutos, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting a deal review request
Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required at the time of submission and is processed securely through Stripe.

Prices are displayed on our website and confirmed before you complete your purchase
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already submitted and paid for
All transactions are processed in accordance with Stripe’s terms of service and security standards

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with our service. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

Non-delivery — if we fail to deliver your review within 48 hours of your submission (excluding weekends and holidays)
Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same review request
Service error — if the review delivered was for a different vehicle than the one you submitted

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided if:

You disagree with the expert’s opinion or recommendation
The vehicle has already been sold or the listing is no longer available
You provided incorrect or incomplete listing information
You simply changed your mind after the review was delivered

To request a refund, contact us at paul@biddingforautos.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Service Delivery

We aim to deliver all deal reviews within 24 hours of submission. Delivery timelines may vary based on demand. You will be notified via email when your review is ready.

Reviews are delivered to the email address provided at the time of submission
It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct and able to receive our messages
Video reviews are delivered via Loom links and are accessible for a minimum of 90 days
We reserve the right to decline a review request if the listing is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise unsuitable for evaluation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

BiddingForAutos and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific review in question
We are not liable for any vehicle purchase decisions you make based on our reviews, recommendations, or opinions
We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources (e.g., CarFax, market value tools) referenced in our reviews

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on BiddingForAutos — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and review reports — are owned by or licensed to BiddingForAutos and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from our platform without prior written consent
Your deal review report is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only
You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our reviews in any format

User Conduct

When using BiddingForAutos, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your deal review requests
Use our services for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from our platform
Harass, threaten, or abuse our team members or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these conduct guidelines.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BiddingForAutos at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these terms or our services:

Informal resolution— we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally via email
Binding arbitration— if informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
Class action waiver— you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document to reflect the most recent revision.

Material changes may be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
