Guarantee & Disclaimer

We guarantee the report, not the car. This page covers our refund policy and the limits of what a Deal Check tells you. Where it differs from our Terms of Service, the Terms apply.

Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Full Deal Check, we will refund it. Email paul@biddingforautos.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will return the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.

We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests from the same customer where there is evidence of abuse.

No Vehicle Warranty

BiddingForAutos does not sell, inspect, certify, warrant, or guarantee any vehicle. A Deal Check is an informational buying tool, not a mechanical inspection or a vehicle warranty.

Vehicle Condition

We rely on the information provided by the seller or the listing, together with market data. We cannot guarantee a vehicle’s mechanical condition, accident history, future reliability, or the accuracy of information supplied by a seller.

We strongly recommend an independent pre-purchase inspection before you buy.

Market Data

Valuations, comparable vehicles and pricing estimates are based on available market data, and can vary by location, mileage, condition, trim and market conditions. They are estimates, not guaranteed sale or purchase prices.

Recalls & Vehicle Information

Any recall, complaint or vehicle information shown in a report should be independently verified against the appropriate official source, using the vehicle’s VIN.

Dealer & Seller Independence

BiddingForAutos is independent. We are not affiliated with, and are not compensated by, the dealer or private seller of any vehicle we evaluate.

Limitation of Liability

BiddingForAutos is not responsible for purchase decisions you make based on a Deal Check report. Our total liability for any claim arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.
