Please read these terms carefully before using BiddingForAutos services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BiddingForAutos (“BFA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, services, and any associated content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BiddingForAutos. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Description of Services
BiddingForAutos helps used-car buyers judge whether an asking price is fair. We offer two services:
- Deal Score (free) — enter a vehicle and its asking price and receive a deal score showing how that price compares with the market. An email address is required to view the result.
- Full Deal Check ($9.99) — a written report on the vehicle you submitted, covering:
- a market value and fair price range drawn from current listings for comparable vehicles
- how the asking price compares, adjusted for mileage
- how quickly comparable vehicles are selling
- a suggested opening offer, a walk-away ceiling, and negotiation guidance
- the comparable listings the valuation is based on, shown as of the date they were collected
- estimated ownership costs
- safety recalls and reported issues on record for the vehicle, where our sources return them
Reports are reviewed by our team before they are sent to you.
Prices are in US dollars. We may add, change, or withdraw services at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid for.
IMPORTANT
BFA provides opinions and recommendations based on publicly available data and our team’s expertise. Our reviews are not a substitute for a professional pre-purchase inspection, mechanical assessment, or financial advice. All purchase decisions are made at your own risk.

User Eligibility
To use BiddingForAutos, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting a vehicle for review
- Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Payments & Pricing
The Deal Score is free. The Full Deal Check is $9.99 per vehicle.
- All prices are listed in US Dollars.
- Submitting a vehicle for a Deal Score costs nothing. Payment is taken only when you choose to unlock a Full Deal Check, and is processed securely through Stripe.
- The price is displayed and confirmed before you complete your purchase.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
- We never receive or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe Checkout, on Stripe’s own hosted page, in accordance with Stripe’s terms of service and security standards.

Refund Policy
Our guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a Full Deal Check, we will refund it. Email paul@biddingforautos.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will return the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- The Deal Score is free, so there is nothing to refund on it.
Refunds we issue without being asked
- Non-delivery — if we do not deliver a paid report within 48 hours of your purchase
- Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same vehicle
- Service error — if the report delivered was for a different vehicle than the one you submitted
- No valuation — if we are unable to produce a valuation we are confident in, and therefore do not deliver a report
We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests from the same customer where there is evidence of abuse.

Service Delivery
We aim to deliver every Full Deal Check within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery times may vary with demand; if a report has not reached you within 48 hours, you are entitled to a refund under Section 5. You will be notified by email when your report is ready.
- Your Deal Score is shown on our website once you provide an email address, and is also sent to that address.
- Full Deal Check reports are delivered by email to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct and able to receive our messages. We recommend checking your spam folder before contacting us about a missing report.
- Where we cannot produce a valuation we are confident in — for example, when too few comparable listings exist for the vehicle — we will tell you rather than publish a figure we cannot stand behind. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
- We reserve the right to decline a request if the listing is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise unsuitable for evaluation.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- BiddingForAutos and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question
- We are not liable for any vehicle purchase decisions you make based on our reports, recommendations, or opinions
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data we rely on, including market listing data and public vehicle safety and fuel-economy records
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on BiddingForAutos — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and report content — are owned by or licensed to BiddingForAutos and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from our platform without prior written consent
- Your Full Deal Check report is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our reports in any format

User Conduct
When using BiddingForAutos, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your submissions
- Use our services for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from our platform
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our team members or other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these conduct guidelines.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BiddingForAutos at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these terms or our services:
- Informal resolution— we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally via email
- Binding arbitration— if informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
- Class action waiver— you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document to reflect the most recent revision.
Material changes may be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
